We offer 15 and 30 year term loans, both Fixed Rates and ARM Rates.

** APR calculation is based on a $200,000.00 mortgage, 75% LTV, 25% down. Finance charges include 30 days interim interest, a $250.00 closing fee, a $525.00 loan processing fee and a $100.00 loan document fee. APR will vary based on your final loan amount and finance charges. Other third party closing costs may apply.

ARM interest rates will be based on the weekly average yield on United States Treasury Securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year (1yr Treasury Index) plus our margin, rounded to the nearest 0.250%. ARM rate caps are 2% per change and 6% for term. Interest rates may increase after consummation.
